With more than 30 years of accounting experience and over 15 years working alongside Aboriginal organisations across Australia, Mike brings a wealth of knowledge in financial management, governance and business advisory services. In 2020, he proudly completed a Bachelor of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Advocacy through Charles Darwin University, further strengthening his commitment to supporting Aboriginal communities and organisations.

Mike has extensive experience assisting organisations to achieve strong financial and governance outcomes and has completed more than 40 examinations on behalf of the Registrar of Indigenous Corporations. His practical approach, combined with his deep understanding of the Aboriginal corporate sector, enables him to provide strategic guidance that supports sustainable growth and informed decision-making.

Beyond his professional work, Mike is actively involved in the community through various volunteer roles, including as an Assistant Team Leader with Operation Flinders, supporting at-risk young people, and as a patrolling member of the West Beach Surf Life Saving Club.
